AI agents for the work that repeats.

We build custom AI agents that answer your customers and handle repetitive office and finance tasks. Each agent follows clear rules, runs with controls, and hands hard cases to a person.

Coming from Strategic Ventures? You are in the right place. Strategic Ventures is part of Strategic Move, and the same team builds your agent.
The problem

The same questions and the same keystrokes, every day.

Your team answers the same customer questions many times a day. Staff copy data from email into spreadsheets, chase unpaid invoices, and build the same report every week. This work is necessary, but not every step needs a person. It slows replies, adds errors, and keeps your best people from the work only they can do.

Two kinds of agents

Two kinds of agents. One set of rules.

Most agent projects start with one of two jobs. Some clients need both.

Customer service agent

Answers common questions on your website, by email, or by text. Books appointments. Sends hard or unclear questions to a person, with the conversation attached.

Small business: A salon agent answers questions about hours and prices, books appointments, and sends complaints to the owner.

Finance team: A vendor agent answers questions about payment status from your accounts payable system and sends disputes to a specialist. See Autonomous Close

Task agent

Does repetitive work between your tools: data entry, follow up emails, invoice reminders, and reports.

Small business: A contractor agent turns web leads into customer records and sends a follow up email the same day.

Finance team: A collections agent sends past due reminders on a set schedule and logs each reply for your team. See Cash-Flow Acceleration

What you get

A working agent, not a demo.

01Task review

We map your work and pick the tasks an agent can do well. We also name the tasks it should not do.

02A custom agent

We set it up with your business information, your policies, and your tone of voice.

03Setup in your tools

The agent works where you already work: your website, email, calendar, customer records, or accounting system.

04Handoff rules

You decide when the agent passes a case to a person, and who that person is.

05Tests before launch

We test the agent with real examples from your business. It goes live only after you approve the results.

06Training and reports

Your team learns how to use and adjust the agent. A simple report shows what it did each month.

How it works

Assess, design, build, and run. Controls first.

  1. 01AssessOn a free call, we look at your work and pick the first agent. Most clients start with one agent and add more later.
  2. 02DesignWe send a written scope: what the agent does, what it must not do, which tools it uses, and who it hands off to. You get one fixed price before work starts.
  3. 03Build and testWe build the agent and test it with real examples. You review the results and approve the launch.
  4. 04Launch and trainThe agent goes live. Your team learns how to use it, check it, and change its answers.
  5. 05RunA monthly plan keeps the agent current. We update its answers, check its results, fix problems, and adjust it as your business changes.
Pricing and maintenance

One fixed price to build. One monthly plan to run.

Every agent is different. A booking agent for one location is a smaller job than an agent that works across your accounting system and your customer records. After a free call, you get a written scope and one fixed build price. We quote the monthly plan at the same time, so you know the full cost before you commit.

What the monthly plan covers: answer updates, result checks, fixes, a set number of change hours, and a monthly report. The plan price depends on where your agent's AI runs and who pays the AI fees. Your quote shows both.

Where your agent runs

Shared AI service

Most agents. The agent uses a major AI provider through a business account.

Cost: Lowest. Usage fees rise and fall with use.

Private model, cloud hosted

Sensitive data. The model runs on a private cloud server that only your business uses.

Cost: Higher. Cloud server fees each month.

Private model on your own hardware

Strict security rules. The model runs on computers you own.

Cost: Highest. Hardware purchase plus upkeep.

Who pays the AI fees: You can pay the AI provider or cloud host directly, or we include the fees in your monthly plan.

Not sure which fits? We help you choose. We can also set up and run any of the three.

Guardrails

You stay in control.

AI agents can make mistakes. We test each agent before launch and check its results every month. We cannot promise a specific savings in time or cost.

The agent follows your rules and your limits.
Hard or unclear cases go to a person.
You own your data and your agent's setup.
We tell you which outside services the agent uses and what data they see.
Who delivers it
Questions owners ask

AI agents, answered.

Will an agent replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive part of the work. Your team keeps the cases that need judgment.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

It works inside the limits you set and sends unclear cases to a person. We test it before launch and check its results every month.

Which tools can it work with?

Most common tools that allow a connection, such as website chat, email, calendars, customer records, and accounting systems. We confirm your tools on the first call.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the work. A simple agent that does one task takes about 2 to 4 weeks. An agent that works across several tools takes about 6 to 10 weeks. Your written scope sets the timeline before work starts.

I came from Strategic Ventures. Do I start over?

No. Strategic Ventures is part of Strategic Move. What we learned about your business carries over.
